  • Organization, structuring and coordination of planning processes, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality
  • Contract and risk management of challenging construction projects
  • Interface management between clients, investors and users
  • Project organization and coordination

Job requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of  engineering, architecture or commercial
  • Experience with permission processes
  • Business fluent in english and business fluent in the respective national language
  • Approx. 2-7 years of professional experience ideally in project management or planning coordination
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project
  • Professional experience with monument preservation and project coordination
